Abdulganiyu Abdulqadir, the Press Officer on Local Matters to Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki has hit back at Mr Rafiu Ajakaye, the Chief Press Secretary, CPS to Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, describing his recent article as a literary charade.

In an article written titled, “Re – A Note on the Kwara Journey, AbdulRazaq government struggle to save face with Saraki, ” Abdulqadir said it is laughable that the present administration is obsessed with the name Saraki, and cannot do anything without mentioning his name.

He said Saraki had tried to avoid being any political distraction by staying away, but said yet the present administration still failed to serve the people well.

While castigating Ajakaye for highlighting the successes of the present administration especially in health, water and education, the media aide to Saraki said the policies and projects were never started by Governor AbdulRazaq, who he said is only enjoying the effort and ingenuity of the Saraki and Abdufatah Ahmed administrations.

These, he highlighted to include the Kwara State Health Insurance Scheme, KWHIS, the establishment of the Kwara State Internal Revenue Service, KWIRS, the water works project and many others.

He charged the present administration to concentrate on serving the people, finding ways to correct it’s failures and resolve its political party crisis rather than trying to save face with the name of Saraki.
