Kwara State PDP Mourns Fallen Chieftain, Aremo Prince ‘Deji Oni

The Kwara state Peoples Democratic party (PDP) mourns the passing of one of our Chieftains from Oke-Ero local government area of Kwara state, Aremo Prince ‘Deji Oni, a former senior staff of the Kwara state Ministry of Information, one time Media aide to late former Governor of kwara state, Admiral Mohammed Lawal. He was also at a time, a Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Transport & also Information to the immediate past Governor of Kwara state, Alh. Abdulfatah Ahmed.

The PDP Kwara state Chairman, Rt Hon. (Alh.) Babatunde Muhammed, in his statement, described the news of the Prince’s demise as; “Shocking and quite painful, a great loss to our party and his royal family in Ilofa, Oke Ero local government area of Kwara state”.
The Chairman continued in his statement by saying; “it is rather unfortunate that the great Aremo, Oni of Kwara as he was fondly called, had to leave us at this crucial period when the party needed him most”. The Chairman also said; “We pray that the soul of the Aremo Prince ‘Deji Oni rests in perfect peace, Amen”. We also pray that his royal family, the people of Ilofa and Oke-Ero local government are granted the fortitude to bear this collosal loss”.

The Kwara state PDP prays that, the soul of our departed and committed stakeholder, Aremo Prince ‘Deji Oni, rests in perfect peace. May God bless and comfort the Royal family he left behind. Amen.
