Governor Ododo Charges Chinese Construction Giant, CCECC on Timely Completion of all Ongoing Road Projects in Kogi

The Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo has charged Management of China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation Ltd. (CCECC) on timely completion of all ongoing road projects awarded to the company by Kogi State Government before the rains set in fully.

Governor Ododo made this charge when some members of the management of CCECC led by its Managing Director, Mr. David Waig, visited him today on a courtesy call at the Abuja private office.

He emphasized on the ongoing dualization of Zone 8/Zango/GYB Junction road and Confluence University of Science and Technology, Osara road constructions.

The Governor assured CCECC that his administration will sustain the existing relationship with the company.

Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Mr. David Waig the Managing Director of CCECC, stated that their company is very much committed to delivering all the road projects within the stipulated period, and assured that they will never betray the confidence repose in them by the Governor and Government of Kogi State.

Present during the visit are Honourable Ali Bello, Chief of Staff to the Governor; Engr Muhammed Avohi Yusuf, Commissioner for Works and Barr. Deedat S.M Ozigi, Commissioner for Local Government & Chieftaincy Affairs
