Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, on Thursday January 20, decorated his Escort Commander, Abubakar Abdullahi with badges of Assistant Superintendent of Police, ASP.
The Decoration ceremony held at the Governor’s Office followed Abdullahi’s recent promotion from Unconfirmed ASP to Confirmed ASP.
The Governor was accompanied by his Chief of Staff, Jamiu Abdulkarim Asuku in decorating the police officer.
While congratulating ASP Abdullahi, Governor Yahaya Bello described his promotion as a reward for hard work, commitment and patriotism. He urged ASP Abdullahi to continue to discharge his duties passionately and remained committed in upholding the ethics and rules of his profession.
ASP Abdullahi is the Escort Commander of Governor Yahaya Bello’s convoy vehicles.
