Brigadier-General Lawal Ja’afar Isa (Rtd) has been appointed as the Executive Secretary of the National Commission for Almajiri and Out-of-School Children Education, while Alhaji Tijani Hashim Abbas assumes the role of Senior Special Assistant to the President on Chieftaincy Matters.
Brigadier-General Lawal Ja’afar Isa (Rtd), a highly esteemed leader, previously served as the Military Administrator of Kaduna State from 1993 to 1996, bringing a wealth of experience to his new position. On the other hand, Alhaji Tijani Hashim Abbas, known as the Sarkin Sudan Kano, brings his expertise and insights from the traditional sphere to the realm of chieftaincy matters at the national level.
