After a successful media tour that took journalists to the 17 Local Government Areas of Plateau State, Governor Simon Lalong has engaged members of the media in a parley to listen to their experiences, comments, suggestions and questions.
While speaking at the media parley held at the Victoria Gowon Auditorium, New Government House, Little Rayfield Jos, Governor Lalong assured the journalists that he will ensure the completion of all Legacy Projects initiated by his administration before the end of his tenure.
In his words “If we can complete projects we inherited from past Governments, then we would ensure we complete the ones we started. We want to complete the projects during our tenure to avoid the problem of abandoned projects. If we don’t complete them, it will become a waste while the people continue to suffer”.
He also responded to various questions about his administration covering all areas including the expected take off of the National Livestock Transformation Program, implementing the law on land grabbing, sustaining security and peace among others.
