Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has commissioned Luggere Primary Healthcare Clinic and launched the Second Dose Measles Vaccination Campaign in Adamawa state.
The Governor Umaru Fintiri said a total of forty interventions ranging from construction and renovations were completely done in Primary and Secondary Health facilities across the State.
He observed that the introduction of the second dose measles vaccination into the immunization schedules is part of a renewed effort to reduce morbidity and mortality due to measles in Adamawa State and Nigeria at large.
The commissioner of Health Professor Abdullahi Isa said commissioning the edifice was part of health agenda of the Fintiri led administration.
There District Head of Jimeta, Alhaji Muhammadu Inuwa Baba Paris in his vote of thanks commended the Fintiri led administration for building the clinic.
