Governor Bala pays unscheduled visit to new Hajj camp

His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Bauchi state, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed today paid an unscheduled visit to the ongoing construction of international standard hajj camp near Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa International Airport Bauchi.

Speaking after inspection of various places in the camp, Governor Bala commended the contractor and site engineer for the timely execution of the project.

The Governor believed with the speedy execution of the project, the hajj camp would be completed before the next hajj operation.

Governor Bala assured that his administration will provide conductive environment for the conduct of religious activities.

According to the project engineer, the work has reached 90 percent stage of completion.

The Governor was accompanied by the Chief of Staff, Government House Bauchi, Dr Ladan Salihu, Chairman of PDP, Hamza Koshe Akuyam, Alhaji Baba Isah among others.
