His Excellency, Senator Douye Diri, Governor of Bayelsa State today received Pst. E. A . Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, who is in the State for the “Light Up Bayelsa Holy Ghost Rally”, at Ox-bow Lake, Yenagoa
It is a 2 day rally themed “Divine Appointment,” which will start from 3 p .m. today.
“I like to start with Daddy G.O’s prayer that, “Because of this visit, Bayelsa will never remain the same again.”
When fathers and prophets speak, they speak very lightly as if it is nothing, but I can tell you, that is the reason God has brought you to Bayelsa State.
Let me on behalf of the Government and good People of the State wholeheartedly welcome you to your State. We receive you as our Father and as a citizen of Bayelsa State. That you stepped on this soil, we know that our land and People will be impacted.
For us in this Government, as you know, we are not just called miracle, because the miracle indeed happened, and you are part of those we will continue to hold in high esteem for propelling this miracle to happen”, Gov Diri stated.
The Governor was joined by the Deputy Governor, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, and other top government functionaries to receive Daddy G.O.
