His Excellency, Former Governor of Kano State, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has been elected as the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
The former two-term governor of Kano State was elected as the party chairman at the 12th National Executive Committee (NEC) Caucus meeting of the ruling party in Abuja.
His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Vice-President Kashim Shettima, several state governors, among chieftains of the party were present at the NEC meeting held at the Congress Hall of Transcorp Hilton in Abuja.
