- urges Security agencies to fish out perpetrators
A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Former presidential campaign council member has condemned the dare-devil robbery attack in Isanlu, Kogi West Senatorial District, last week.
Omoba Tunde Ajibulu, who is from kogi west senatorial district commiserated with the victims of the despicable act.
He called on the security agencies to comprehensively investigate the incident, fish out the perpetrators and make them face the full wrath of the law.
He said justice must be given to the grieving families of those killed in the attack and prayed for quick healing for the injured victims now recuperating in various hospitals.
He said that apart from efforts being made by the police to secure the people, the Federal Government, should as a matter or urgency, take extra measures to beef up security in the Senatorial District to prevent a recurrence.
“My heart goes out to families who lost loved ones and those who sustained various degrees of injuries during the attack and all the people of Kogi State.
“The police and other security agencies tasked with investigation and arrest of these satanic agents must act swiftly to unravel the incident.
“I urge the Federal Government to take extra measures that would ensure sustained security of lives and property of the people.”
The Businessman lamented that the attack has aggravated the sufferings of the innocent citizens of the area and called on local and international humanitarian agencies to come to the aid of the affected victims and community.
