The United Kingdom chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC UK) has announced plans for a solidarity rally in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
The rally, organised under the banner of “APC UK / Relax Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria (RTIFN)”, is scheduled to take place on 1 October 2026, Nigeria’s Independence Day. According to the organisers, the event will commence at 12:00 p.m. at the Nigeria High Commission on Northumberland Avenue, London, bringing together members and supporters to mark the occasion.
The event is being promoted by APC UK as part of activities marking the 66th anniversary of Nigeria’s independence, while also providing an opportunity for participants to express solidarity with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his 2027 re-election campaign.
The rally is expected to bring together members and supporters of the governing APC and Nigerians resident in the UK to publicly demonstrate their support for the President ahead of the 2027 elections.
